This integration is private. It is authorized to connect to a single QuickBooks Online company file belonging to J3C Consulting LLC. It does not accept connections from other companies or users.
J3C Books Sync runs locally on hardware controlled by J3C. Authorization uses Intuit's standard
OAuth 2.0 flow and is requested only for the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope.
Approving the connection grants the integration the ability to read — and, when explicitly enabled, modify — accounting records in the connected company file. This includes the chart of accounts, transactions, customers, vendors, and financial reports. It does not grant access to QuickBooks Online sign-in credentials, which Intuit handles directly and never shares with the integration.
See the Privacy Policy for detail on what is accessed and how it is handled, and the End User License Agreement for the terms of use.
Refresh tokens issued by Intuit expire after a period of inactivity. If the integration reports an expired or invalid token, repeat the authorization steps above to issue a new one. Reconnecting replaces the previous token; no data is lost.
To revoke access, see the disconnect page.
